Parklakes is a Master Planned community in Bli Bli. The Estate comprises of 440 residential housing lots, a new school site for 1500 students, a retirement resort, a significant lake system, a District Park and popular cafes.

Significant external works upgrades were required as part of the approval process with Council including 2 major DTMR roundabout intersections and 1 DTRM signalised intersection. A site sewage pump station and rising main was also required to service the development.
